Use of the site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These conditions may be modified at any time, users of the site -  are invited to consult regularly.

This site is normally accessible at all times to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by Salveco.

Legal information can be modified at any time. However, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible in order to become acquainted.

3. Description of services provided

The purpose of site is to provide information regarding the whole activity of the company. 

It is Salveco constant endeavour to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible. 

However it may not be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies in updates, whether of its own doing or that of partner third parties providing the information concerned.

All the information indicated on the site is given as an indication, and is likely to evolve. In addition, the information appearing on the site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been brought since their setting online.

4. Contractual limitations on the technical data

The site uses technology Javascript.
The website could not be held responsible for material damage arising from use of the site. In addition, the site user agrees to access the site using the latest equipment, not containing viruses and with a recent browser up-to-date.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeits

Salveco owns the intellectual property rights or owns the rights to use all the items available on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

6. Limitations of Liability.

Salveco cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage to the equipment user, when accessing the site, and resulting from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications in section 4 or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility. Salveco may not be held liable for consequential damages (such as a loss of market or loss of opportunity) arising from use of the site

Interactive spaces (opportunity to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Salveco reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the law, especially the provisions concerning data protection. If necessary, Salveco also reserves the rights to challenge the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, especially in cases of posts racist, offensive, defamatory, pornographic or whatever the medium used (text, photographs…)

7.  Management of personal data.

In France, the personal data are in particular protected by law n°78-87 dated January 6th, 1978, law n° 2004-801 dated August 6th, 2004 and article L.226-13 of the Penal code and the European directive of October 24th, 1995.

On the occasion of the use of site, can be collected: URL links through which the user accessed the site, the provider of user, the Internet Protocol address (IP) of the user.

In any case Salveco does not collect personal information about the user and the need for certain services offered by – site. The user provides that information with full knowledge of the facts, especially when conducting himself to capture. It is then clear to the user of the site - - or not the obligation to provide such information.

No personal information about site users – – is published without the knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any media to a third party. Only the hypothesis of the acquisition of Salveco and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the prospective purchaser, who would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user of –

Under Chrome: click on Chrome menu on the top right corner of the browser, click on parameters then advanced settings, chose content settings and check mark : block cookies from sites to disable them

9. Applicable laws and jurisdiction.

Any litigation in relation with the use of site is subjected to French law.   All litigation shall come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paris.
